The DS200DTBAG1AAA GE Digital Contact Terminal Board whose input voltage range is 24 VDC to 125 VDC. The berg jumpers can be removed to aid in troubleshooting. This board eatures two terminal blocks that connect a maximum of 95 wires along with 5 jumpers and two 2-pin connectors. Be certain to disconnect the drive from power before replacing. As there are 190 signal wires connected to the terminal blocks it is best practice to document where the wires are connected to make it reconnect. The terminals have a letter and number designation for which you can attach the designation information on the wire or via label. If there are a large number of wires attached to the terminal, allow time to identify the terminals.
Each jumper is set to define the configuration of the board so to ensure that the new board works as intended you must configure the jumpers in the same positions. There are some jumpers that are only used at the factory for testing and cannot be moved as the configuration in the alternate setting is unsupported. In light of this, record the position of all five jumpers on the old board using the designation printed on the board. You will find that this designation is prefixed with JP.
