Description
CP dynamic pressure sensors are qualified by major OEMs for gas turbine combustor pulsation monitoring. The CР series uses Meggitt’s acceleration compensation patented technology and reaches the highest sensitivity in the industry (over 750 pC/bar). Meggitt’s CP sensors have an extreme temperature capability (up to 777°C) and a very high frequency response range (up to 15 kHz). Meggitt’s CP sensors are key to optimising low NOX emissions.
The CP 216 is a compression mode dynamic pressure transducer. It is an extremely stable device thanks to the use of man-made piezoelectric material.
The transducer is designed for long-term monitoring or development testing. It is fitted with an integral mineral insulated cable (twin conductors) which is terminated by either a Lemo connector or a high-temperature connector developed by Vibro-Meter.
