Honeywell Forge Asset Sentinel The Honeywell Forge Asset Sentinel team is pleased to announce the latest release of the solution combining performance monitoring with machine learning and predictive analytics. The solution can be hosted on-premises or on either a Honeywell or customer cloud, and is intended to continuously monitor asset and process performance, detect impending health issues, and predict potential time to failure. We are evolving our asset performance management solution to strengthen our offering with new features that help our customers reveal opportunities for performance improvement and expedite analysis to assist in finding the root cause of inefficiencies or impending issues. Honeywell Forge Asset Sentinel New Capabilities The enhancements to Asset Sentinel are designed to help make it easier to aggregate data from assets and processes, to uncover potential failures, provide recommendations on how to solve those hiccups, creating an opportunity to bring assets and processes back to their established operational state faster. Enhancements include: • Save and templatize trend configuration o This new feature is introduced to save the Event trend configuration and create templates that are applicable to the events for the assets belonging to the same asset type. o The template can be reused without configuring the trend setting. o One of the required configurations can be set as the default configuration. o The default configuration opens every time the event trend page is launched. • Asset Health Dashboard Enhancements o The Asset Health dashboard is redesigned and gives a representation of all assets that require immediate attention to bring assets back to optimum health and performance. o The dashboard enables taking actionable steps immediately by using the Risk Matrix and Bad Actors to help avoid disruptions and downtime. o The Asset Summary view displays the information for all the assets. The notification pane displays the faults related to the asset that is selected from Risk Matrix, Bad Actors and Asset summary. • Bulk Model Configuration o Bulk model configuration is a new tool which enables editing of Assets, Attributes, Properties, and Calculations in bulk, creating multiple calculation instances, and exporting the details to excel and importing the edited details. o Simple and Advanced query options are provided, which can be used for searching and filtering the search results. Filtering and sorting options are available to help narrow down the search results. o Grouping results based on one field is possible, to view results matching specific criteria. o Options to edit specific details, one row at a time and edit multiple rows at the same time (bulk edit) are available to enable editing of values as needed. - PAGE 5 - • Compatibility with SQL 2019, EPHD 410 and Latest Subcomponents o Asset Sentinel R532.1 is now compatible with SQL 2019 and EPHD 410. It also supports the latest sub-components such as core system, and CAM 140.2. • Scalability Improvements o There are a number of performance improvements across the Asset Sentinel modules, including Runtime UI, Configuration UI, support for concurrent users, improved performance in calculation execution. o To improve performance with embedded historian, the embedded process historian database (EPHD) application is upgraded to version EPHD 410. o Intuition Platform, Microsoft .NET, and .NET Core platforms are also refreshed to use the latest stable versions. • Honeywell Forge import/export tool excluded o Forge import/export tool for configuration is excluded from Asset Sentinel R532 onwards because it is replaced by Bulk Model Configuration • Anomaly Index Dashboard Based on Third-party Analytics Outcome o New out-of-the-box Model Template (Residual Analysis) has been introduced on the BYO-ML platform to utilize the external analytical tool results. o These results are used in Asset Analytics to calculate the health index, root cause variables, and visualize the Anomaly Index Dashboard.
