The IS200EBRGH2A serves as a Bridge and Protection Module, functioning as a bridge interface to govern associated bridge I/O terminal assemblies and regulate the power bridge (SCR). It belongs to the second batch of EBRG boards, engineered to pair with thyristors measuring 77 mm or below. A key advantage of this unit lies in its compatibility with the majority of SCR hardware within the EX2100e platform. This flexibility supports multiple bridge layouts and SCR capacity specifications, covering parallel bridge converters, simplex configurations and WBU setups.

Onboard LED lights deliver real-time status readings for the following parameters: Alarm triggers Bridge temperature Incoming bridge current Cooling fan speed Fault alerts Gate power supply status Line filter state Output firing signals

This EBRG module integrates circuits to capture current feedback signals and execute bridge regulation; all bridge control commands run through this board. It should be noted that a C-type controller in this product lineup cannot communicate with the IS200EBRGH2A to activate bridge firing functions.

This card is primarily installed inside the Power Conversion Cabinet. When deployed in this cabinet, it works alongside a PCM, DC contactors and circuit isolation switches or breakers.
