About the DS200SDCCG1AGD
DS200SDCCG1AGD is a GE drive control board, serving as the core drive controller for the Mark V turbine control system. The Mark V series is a relatively late product line equipped with GE proprietary Speedtronic control technology. This drive control board is widely deployed in control systems of GE gas, steam and wind turbines.
Though classified as a drive control board, DS200SDCCG1AGD is not the original base model for this function in Mark V systems. The base version DS200SDCCG1 lacks the three major technical revisions integrated into DS200SDCCG1AGD.
Hardware Tips and Specifications
Identical to other modules of the Mark V Turbine Control System, this PCB is equipped with dedicated hardware components to realize full control functions. It integrates three microprocessors and shared RAM accessible simultaneously by all processors.
Ten row-arranged LED indicators are designed for fault code display. When faults happen, the LEDs will present corresponding error codes. Under normal operating status, two LEDs light up sequentially from left to right in circulation.
You may open the cabinet door to check the LED status, yet strict safety precautions are required: High voltage exists inside the cabinet. Never touch any internal components when the drive is powered on; prevent foreign objects from dropping into the cabinet during inspection; close the cabinet door immediately after checking.
Multiple auxiliary daughter boards can be installed on the front of DS200SDCCG1AGD to expand processing capacity and operational efficiency, compatible optional modules as below:
