About the DS200RTBAG2AHC

The DS200RTBAG2AHC is a Relay Terminal Board belonging to GE Mark V system components. It is compatible with multiple GE exciters and drive equipment. After installation, it adds ten relay positions inside the control cabinet and supports LAN and remote I/O terminal control.
The Mark V Turbine Control System series, where this DS200RTBAG2AHC circuit board is deployed, is widely applied in the control and management systems of steam, wind and gas turbine drive devices. It is also among GE’s final Mark product lines adopting proprietary Speedtronic control technology.
Although the DS200RTBAG2AHC functions as a relay terminal board, the base model with identical core function is DS200RTBAG2. This base version does not incorporate the three major technical revisions featured on DS200RTBAG2AHC.

Hardware Tips and Specifications

Like all GE Mark V series modules, this DS200RTBAG2AHC PCB is assembled with dedicated functional hardware components. Its relay coils run on 24 VDC. For alternative voltage demands, DS200RTBAG1 supports 110 VDC coils and DS200RTBAG3 fits 115 VAC coils.
Ten relays are mounted on the board surface: seven DPDT relays equipped with dual Form-C contacts, plus three 4PDT relays. Every relay is fitted with an independent 130V AC metal oxide varistor (MOV) for surge protection, and the MOV parts are detachable and replaceable.
Besides the protective MOV components, individual indicator LEDs are configured for each relay. The lights will turn on when the corresponding relay is energized. Multiple berg-style jumper pins are reserved on the board for flexible configuration.

Other built-in interfaces and parts include:
