The DS200FCSAG1ACB current sensing feedback board belongs to GE’s LS2100 product series and is mounted inside the Static Starter Power Conversion Cabinet. This board works in tandem with a Control Power Supply (CPS) throughout operational cycles.
When the CPS and FCSA board run simultaneously, the CPS generates multiple regulated voltage outputs dedicated to powering the FCSA board and VME card rack, including:
- 5 VDC
- 12 VDC
- 15 VDC
- 24 VDC
The DS200FCSAG1ACB supports load bridge mode operation. Under this configuration, voltage measurements must be taken via the LEMPS plug across three pins: N15 (Pin 3), ACOM (Pin 2), and P15 (Pin 1). After voltage validation completes, reconnect the LEMPS plug back to the FCSA board.
Two connectors are fitted on the board’s front edge: a 12-pin CSPL connector and a 3-pin LEMPS plug. These interfaces collectively supply power to the load bridge current sensor within the Static Starter Power Conversion Cabinet to enable normal operation.
