The DS200TCPDG1BCC is a power distribution circuit board developed by General Electric. The fuses, LED and power distribution connector and cables are rated at 125 VDC and is located in the PD core in the MKV panel. This board features 8 toggle switches, 36 fuses and 4 signal wire terminals along with 36 OK LEDs and 1 10-pin connector. The fuses on this board are housed in black plastic containers that obstruct the view of the fuse inside.

This housing also protects the fuses from damage. The board is populated with 36 green OK LEDs that indicate that the fuse is operating correctly. When replacing the fuse, make sure you use a fuse that is the exact type and rating as the fuse it is replacing. The written information that came with the board describes the type and rating of the fuse you must use. It is best practice to keep on hand a supply of the fuses you need for the board to reduce the downtime needed to replace the fuse and restart the drive.

When the LEDs are lit, it means that the fuses are operational and all circuits on the board are functioning. The board also is populated with 2 red LEDs that indicate that a problem with the board exists and further diagnosing is required to determine the problem.

The fuse housings are black plastic and the operator is unable to see the state of the fuse. However, a quick glance at the OK LEDs provide the necessary information. Each fuse has an ID assigned to it. The ID is prefixed with FU followed by a number. For example, one fuse holder has the ID FU1, and another has the ID FU2, and another has the ID FU3.

The four signal wire terminals are used to connect copper signal wires from other components in the board. To disconnect a signal wire from the terminal, use a screwdriver to loosen the retention screw. Pull the wire out of the terminal and move it to one side. To install a signal wire insert the copper end into the terminal and tighten the retention screw with a screwdriver.
